Redesign and merge the independent websites of 4 subsidiaries into a single group website and accessible through a single domain name.

My Jobs, Approach & Expertise:
- Led design workshops to engage all relevant stakeholders and their unique teams on the proposed design approach leveraging low-fi wireframes.
- Developed high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and feedback collection from relevant stakeholders.
- Led the product development, launch and handover of the group’s website with post-launch support.
Tools I Used: Figma, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Slack, Elementor for WordPress.
Outcome & Impact:
- Search engine optimized website.
